This Panel discussion is about the grassroots efforts to improve the quality of life of New York City residents, as it relates to the struggle to increase the minimum wage as well as decrease the overall cost of living. This panel discussion is also about the various grassroots and working class efforts of individuals and movements in solidarity with those fighting for a living wage for low wage workers. Speakers include: Larry Holmes Sara Flounders and Rayn Cornielle of ( Peoples Power Assemblies) and Sumumba Sobukwe and Kay Samuels of Occu-Evolve_OWS
