Abstract:

Americans have suffered emotionally as well as economically as their hopes, dreams, homes,jobs and personal relationships have been replaced by precarity,fear, under or unemployment,loss on every level. The effect has been classic post traumatic stress disorder. Connection and hope can heal this disorder and alleviate personal, social and economic misery.
