Abstract: 
Michael Steven Smith and Michael Ratner, two leading civil rights attorneys, wrote a book called "Who Killed Che? How the CIA Got Away With Murder." The book is both a history of the CIA becoming a paramilitary organization, a biography of Che, the world's most storied revolutionary, thoroughly documented case against the CIA for his assassination, an operation that was organized out of the White House, and an illustration of the American government's counterrevolutionary foreign policy which is designed to kill hope.
