If you want to be a more effective advocate or activist but find it hard to speak up, this workshop is for you. We'll share proven techniques for reducing anxiety and building self-confidence in public speaking. You'll have the opportunity to learn and grow through self-assessment and fun group exercises. Although most people experience some degree of speech anxiety, it doesn't have to hold you back!
