Dr. Marsha Coleman-Adebayo won a landmark lawsuit against the Environmental Protection Agency which resulted in the passage of the Notification of Federal Employees Anti-discrimination and Retaliation Act (NO FEAR). She is author of the book No Fear: A Whistleblower’s Triumph Over Corruption and Retaliation at the EPA. Dr. Coleman-Adebayo is a leader in a community effort to preserve the River Road African Cemetery in Bethesda, Maryland. In 2017, Marsha was inducted into the Maryland Women's Hall of Fame.
